Do I need a referral?

No, you can make an appointment anytime without a referral.
But if you would like to claim Medicare rebates, then you will need a referral from a GP. Under the current scheme, people with a mental health care plan prepared by their GP are eligible for Medicare rebates.
Your rebates will be processed on the spot, at the same time of your payment. We try to make therapy more affordable by giving you quick access to the government Medicare rebates available to you.

A warm and compassionate team

We take a warm and compassionate approach to online psychology and psychotherapy. We practice from a person-centred approach, working primarily from evidence-based models.

Our psychologists have experience with a broad range of treatments. We can see you one on one - or we also provide couples therapy, and psychology for children.
